Bindings

  • Left stick: movement; click to crouch / sneak.
  • Right stick: camera; click to recenter / lock-on.
  • Right trigger: primary action / attack.
  • Left trigger: target / lock-on hold.
  • L1 / R1: cycle items / quick-use.
  • Y / Triangle: jump / context action.
  • X / Square: cancel / back.

Deadzones & sensitivity

  • Stick deadzone: 8–12% — adjust if drift is visible.
  • Camera horizontal sensitivity: 1.4×.
  • Camera vertical sensitivity: 1.0×.
  • Trigger deadzone: minimal; map to button if your trigger is binary.
  • Rumble: 60–80% — too high obscures fine input feedback.

Gyro

  • Gyro on: while right trigger is held.
  • Gyro sensitivity: 1.4–1.8×.
  • Gyro mode: mouse-style on the right-stick axis.

Per-platform notes

  • Steam Deck: enable Steam Input first; disable only if double-binding occurs.
  • Windows / Linux: prefer XInput-mode controllers when in doubt.
  • macOS: pair via Bluetooth in System Settings before launch.
