Symptoms
- Dusk reports unsupported version on first launch.
- Hash check fails with no further detail.
- App refuses to proceed past the version-detect step.
Likely causes
- Your file's SHA-1 doesn't match a supported build.
- File is from an unlisted region or revision.
- File has been modified, repacked, or trimmed.
First safe fixes
Try in this order
- Recompute SHA-1 with /sha1-check.
- Compare to /supported-versions character-by-character.
- Re-extract from your owned copy to get a clean file if needed.
- Confirm region and revision match a listed entry.
